By using FeltPoker services, you agree to the following terms.

FeltPoker provides venue management tools, including waitlist tracking and customer notification systems.

Service Scope Clarification

FeltPoker does not facilitate online gambling, betting, wagering, sweepstakes, raffles, contests, or promotional gaming activity. FeltPoker is a venue management platform used by licensed, in-person venues to manage operational workflows such as waitlists, seating, and customer check-in.

All SMS messages sent through FeltPoker are optional transactional service notifications. SMS is not used for marketing, promotions, betting, wagering, online gaming, contests, raffles, sweepstakes, deposits, odds, or payment activity.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FeltPoker and/or participating venues about waitlist status, check-in reminders, and seat availability.

Opt-In Process

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number to a participating venue or through a digital waitlist or check-in interface and explicitly consenting to receive waitlist and seating notifications. This consent is required before any SMS messages are sent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to create an account or as a condition of any purchase.

FeltPoker and participating venues will not share or sell your SMS consent or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

Messages are strictly informational and operational and are only sent after a customer provides their phone number and consents to receive waitlist, check-in, and seat-availability notifications when joining a venue waitlist or using an approved venue check-in flow.

FeltPoker is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up to date.

Changes to Terms

FeltPoker reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
